What is VectorBoost ?

In real networks, in the same time, usually only a very few users have busy network traffic, while the rest of the users are idle, if there is no DSM (Dynamic Spectrum Management) technology, the spectrum allocated to each user is fixed, which wastes spectrum resources in vain.
VectorBoost is a G.hn DSM technology for bundled copper cables. By boosting the spectrum just when subscribers demand more bandwidth, it optimizes the spectrum allocation in addition to reducing crosstalk between pairs of a copper binder. When used in conjunction with coordinated Dynamic Time Allocation (cDTA), it provides the ideal bandwidth distribution for each G.hn link in real-time. This technology will enable users to have better network performance in most of the time.

How much distance can be covered over coaxial cables?

Depends on variables such as physical coaxial line quality and noise environment. Maximum link attenuation is about 70dB.

How many G.hn CPEs are supported on a shared coaxial cable?: A single G.hn port can connect up to 16 CPEs.
if using G.hn port binding technology, supports up to 64 CPEs on a shared coaxial cable.

What is the performance of G.hn CPEs on shared coaxial cable?: Share 1.7Gbps bandwidth. The uplink and downlink bandwidth of each G.hn CPEs can be limited, and it can also be dynamically allocated.

How does G.hn coexist on the same coaxial cable with other service?

1) Frequency notching function for the co-existence with other services.
